BrainPopJr.com: BrainPopJr.com Is a version of BrainPop designed for elementary children. I have used BrainPop videos with my students. Theses videos are a fun way to present concepts. They are short videos designed to enhance or supplement a lesson.
Big Idea Fun: This isn’t really an educational site but it is one of my favorite kids websites. It features Veggie Tales, Penguins, and Larry Boy.
Discovery School: This is a website I have used quite a bit due to the wide variety of materials provided.
Enchanted
Learning: Enchanted learning has a large collection of resources preschool through third grade. As a teacher I have used this site quite a bit.
Funbrain.com: Funbrain has a large collection of learning games as well as web books and comics.
KidsKnowit.com: This site offers a free education web portal for students.
Library
of Congress: Americas Library is a great educational website run by the library of congress.
National Geographic
Kids: The National Geographic Kids site is one of my favorite sites. I have been a National Geographic fan since I was a kid.
PBS Kids: PBS Kids feature PBS favorites such as Berenstain Bears, Clifford and Arthur.
PrimaryGames.com: Primary Games has large collection of games. The http://www.primarygames.com/curriculum/index.htmis a subject based index of the games. It correlates games with skills and concepts for preschool through 4th grades.
Whit's End: Whit’s End is the companion website for Focus on the Family’s Adventures in Odyssey.
